Sales training for IT & SaaS teams

Sales training that gets new reps selling your product

Live 1-on-1 and group training for IT services, MSP, cybersecurity and SaaS sales reps in the US and Canada, built around your product and your sales process.

Who it's for

Founders and sales leaders who have hired reps but don't have the time to train them properly. It works well for brand-new SDRs, experienced reps moving into technical B2B sales, and underperforming reps who need structure.

What we train

  • Product and pitch: how to explain your service in plain language to technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Cold calling: openers, gatekeepers, voicemail and getting to a meeting.
  • Discovery: asking questions that uncover real pain, budget and timing.
  • Objection handling: "we already have a provider", "send me an email", "it's not a priority".
  • Follow-up and closing: next steps that keep deals moving.

How it works

We start by listening to a few of your reps' calls and reviewing your current process. Then we run weekly live sessions on video, write scripts and objection guides that fit your product, review recorded calls with written feedback, and send you a monthly progress report.

Training follows your own sales framework when you have one. When you don't, we help you put a simple one in place.

Signs your reps need structured training

  • Reps make plenty of calls but book very few meetings.
  • Prospects say "send me an email" and the conversation ends there.
  • Each rep explains your service differently, and some can't explain it at all.
  • Discovery calls turn into product demos before anyone understands the buyer's problem.
  • Deals stall after the first meeting because there is no clear next step.
  • You are still the only person who can close, so growth depends on your calendar.

What a typical month looks like

Week 1: we review recorded calls, your current scripts and your CRM to see where conversations break down. We agree on two or three skills to fix first.

Weeks 2 and 3: live sessions on those skills, with role-play based on your real buyers and objections. Reps leave each session with a script or checklist they can use the same day.

Week 4: we review new calls, score them against the skills we trained, and share written feedback with each rep and a summary with you.

Over the following months we move through the full sales cycle: opening, discovery, handling objections, presenting value, and closing with clear next steps.

Training built for technical B2B sales

Selling IT services, managed services, cybersecurity or software is different from selling a simple product. Buyers are often technical, busy and skeptical of sales pitches. Your reps need to explain outcomes in plain language, ask questions that uncover risk and cost, and know when to bring in an engineer. Our training focuses on exactly these situations, using your service, your pricing and your ideal customer.

One-on-one, group or workshop

New hires usually get one-on-one sessions so they ramp quickly. Teams of three or more work well in group sessions, where reps learn from each other's calls. If you only need a focused boost, such as an objection-handling or cold-calling workshop, we also run one-off sessions.

What you get each month

  • Live training sessions on video, scheduled around your team's hours
  • Scripts, talk tracks and objection guides written for your product
  • Written feedback on recorded calls
  • A monthly progress report showing call quality and activity for each rep
FAQ

Questions about sales training

How long before we see results?

Most teams see better call quality within the first few weeks. Pipeline results depend on your market and volume, which is why we track call quality and activity every month.

Can you train a single new hire?

Yes. One-on-one training for a single rep is common, and more reps can join as you hire.

Do you use our sales framework?

Yes. If you already have a process or methodology, we train your reps on it. If not, we help you set up a simple one.

Is training live or recorded?

Live, on video calls, so reps can practise and get feedback in real time. Call reviews happen between sessions.
